Terms of Service

1. The Service

GSAP Mastery provides a searchable library of GSAP animation effects with live previews and copyable code. Free effects are available to all visitors. Premium effects require an active paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Premium access is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account page.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. After that period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact us to request a refund within the 7-day window.

5. Licence to use content

Subject to your compliance with these terms and (for premium content) an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• View and interact with effects on the Service
• Copy and use effect code in your own projects (commercial use permitted)
• Use AI agent prompts provided alongside effects in your own workflows

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or create competing products from the effect code or content on the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including effect code, descriptions, UI design, and the GSAP Mastery name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you beyond the licence granted in section 5.

GSAP is a product of GreenSock and is subject to its own licence. Our Service is independent of and not affiliated with GreenSock.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Effect code is provided as-is and you are responsible for testing it in your own projects.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSAP Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
